That's what TSTT means...or else it's Total Stupidity in Trinbago Telecommunications! TSTT has wronged me and I will persist until that wrong is righted!

Miss Parker please share your story. I had the misfortune to have the cell phone experience whilst visting Trinidad and Tobago it was quite an expensive interesting experience Not to mention the little matter of services being cut from time to time. Are home phones any better?

Oh...I got my refund....!! I had to argue over an over for it though....it was a companion calling card that I bought and then used it about 3 times...next thing I know the value was depleted more than I expected...so I called the customer service line and told them about it...they said I made some calls to the US...some numbers I didn't even recognise so I then told them that I did not make those calls...tried to convince them but it was very hard...I think I ended up calling back another time and speaking to a different person because the manager or whoever originally spoke to me was very doubting of me...insisting that I had made the calls. I eventually told them to call the numbers that they say I called and ask them if they received any calls from me or even know who I am. I don't know if they actually did this but I was refunded eventually so I am glad of that.. I forgot to post the details here....it's been so long I almost forgot what this was about! Home phones are ok...but they are killing you with costs for local calls!! We need a flat rate for local calls...which should be calls throughout T&T but they classify local calls as within your city/borough...can you believe that!?? They have a new plan smart choice, which is really only smart for some people - see a mini review of it here customertt.blogspot.com As for cellphone...the service these days has been terrible!! We had a very prolonged breakdown in service...can u imagine someone in an emergency not being able to use their phone...it's a crying shame. I would love to hear more on your experience with mobile phones. It's sad that TSTT is taking such a low-brow attitude towards their paying customers!
