Yvette's Creole Food has two outlets in St. Augustine, one on campus and the other just outside. The food is good most times, however mostly geared to people who eat pepper regularly and are not bothered by it.
The prices are competitive, i.e. more affordable than most places in the area, and if you don't want food, you could always try their pies, although I'm not fond of them, in fact would not really recommend them to people who have had better as in the pastries at St. Mary's Bakery or Puff n Stuff.
I've seen the sign for Yvette's in other areas, e.g. Arima but have no knowledge if the quality is the same in these outlets as the ones in St. Augustine.

Noted recently: Stewed chicken appears to be pepper-free, or at least mild enough to be tolerated by the anti-pepper crowd while baked chicken usually is very hot.

Update: The stewed chicken is not always pepper-free or mild, learnt that the hard way.
