If you want your payment to post to your account on the same day, (same time,) the only place you can pay is at a TSTT payment Centre: Arima, POS, (Trincity?) If you pay by phone with a credit card by calling 824-8788, the payment should be posted to your account the next 24 hours. I have not yet been able to confirm this but this is what the TSTT CSR said when I inquired. Also, the payment should not register as a cash advance on your credit card, but you should check with your bank to ensure that this is true, since cash advances have service charges associated with them. If you pay at TTPOST, using VIA, using your bank's telebanking service etc (HiLo ?), expect delays in payment posting to your account from 5 days upwards...as much as two weeks possibly.....I have no idea why anyone would want to do that, but don't say you were not warned. Do not use this payment option if you have arrears and want your account reactivated in the shortest possible time. It's a good idea to call TSTT and let them know that you have paid the bill as well, this might help to expedite the process...or not. I do not know. Even if you do not receive a bill, you can either check your account online (sign up for e-bill service) or check it by calling 824-8788 and either using the self-serve option with your account number in hand-not the phone number (# key) or talking to a CSR. Hope these tips were helpful. More tips later.
